La r\u00e9glementation thermique, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de la RT 2012, de la RE 2020 en m\u00e9tropole ou des adaptations sp\u00e9cifiques aux DOM-TOM, impose des performances pr\u00e9cises \u00e0 vos menuiseries. Ces normes ne sont pas de simples contraintes administratives : elles garantissent votre confort, r\u00e9duisent vos factures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et valorisent votre patrimoine.<\/p>\n<h2>Les coefficients thermiques \u00e0 comprendre absolument<\/h2>\n<p>Trois indicateurs d\u00e9terminent la performance thermique de vos fen\u00eatres aluminium :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le coefficient Uw<\/strong> mesure l&rsquo;isolation globale de la fen\u00eatre (cadre + vitrage). L&rsquo;objectif : maximiser la lumi\u00e8re naturelle tout en contr\u00f4lant la chaleur, particuli\u00e8rement crucial sous nos latitudes tropicales.<\/p>\n<h2>Solutions aluminium : performances compar\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Aluminium \u00e0 rupture de pont thermique<\/strong> : Cette technologie ins\u00e8re une barrette isolante entre les faces int\u00e9rieure et ext\u00e9rieure du profil\u00e9. Performance : Uw entre 1,2 et 1,6 W\/m\u00b2.K selon le vitrage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Double vitrage performant<\/strong> : Indispensable, m\u00eame en climat tropical. Un double vitrage \u00e0 isolation renforc\u00e9e (VIR) avec argon atteint des performances Uw de 1,1 W\/m\u00b2.K.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Triple vitrage<\/strong> : Rarement justifi\u00e9 aux Antilles o\u00f9 la priorit\u00e9 est la protection solaire plut\u00f4t que l&rsquo;isolation thermique pure. Le surco\u00fbt n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas rentabilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitrages \u00e0 contr\u00f4le solaire<\/strong> : Solution optimale pour notre climat. Ces verres s\u00e9lectifs bloquent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80% de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire tout en pr\u00e9servant la luminosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment choisir selon votre situation ?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Orientation de vos ouvertures<\/strong> : Privil\u00e9giez les verres \u00e0 contr\u00f4le solaire renforc\u00e9 c\u00f4t\u00e9 sud et ouest. Les fa\u00e7ades nord peuvent accepter des vitrages plus neutres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sence de climatisation<\/strong> : Si votre logement est climatis\u00e9, investissez prioritairement dans des vitrages performants. L&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie justifiera rapidement le surco\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type de b\u00e2timent<\/strong> : Construction neuve, extension ou r\u00e9novation lourde d\u00e9clenchent l&rsquo;application de la r\u00e9glementation. Aux Antilles, une fen\u00eatre bien choisie peut r\u00e9duire vos besoins de climatisation de 20 \u00e0 30%.
